At Little Free Library, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of library kits and accessories. If your order isn't a perfect fit for your neighborhood, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unassembled condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original shipping box, ensuring all components and hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned library kit, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
